What lies ahead for Laurel Oaks in 2010
What are your views on 2010 and what areas or projects should the community focus on?

We as a community need to focus on increasing in homes sales to protect our property values. Our market values are to low and have not increased throught out the years. I bought my home in 1999 for 128,000 and it would not sell much more than that now. We need to drive the value of our property to what other community are that is equal to ours.
